48” x 36” wool footprint with fiber lengths ranging 6” - 10”.
All sheepskins may have small holes in the hide that are not visible from the wool side. These holes do not pose any threat to the overall integrity, durability, and beauty of the sheepskin. Since these sheepskins are from pasture raised and grazed animals from our flock, there may be small grass or grass seed particles hiding amongst the wool of the sheepskin that did not fall out during the tanning process.
If wanting to hang this sheepskin on a wall, I would recommend at least three wall hanging clips.
