*Whole or Half Lamb Shares are available at $6.00/lb hanging weight plus processing fees. Hanging weights average between 40-50 lbs, and 2026 baseline butcher processing is $150/whole lamb. Average take-home meat weight is roughly 60% of the hanging weight.
